There’s More Than One Good String To Our Bow!
Over recent months there has been a massive increase in the commercial market. It is buoyant and sustained from both sides, with tenants wanting premises and landlords wishing to buy freeholds. As the leading independent residential agent, we want to shout about Rolfe East’s growing prominence as an equally good commercial one too.

We have recently heard rather scary stories about exorbitant fees being charged simply for erecting a board. Typically, commercial property will entail a £500 cost up-front, merely for the agent to take the property on books. Not an insignificant amount. Rolfe East will only charge for the cost for the board; generally in the region of £150 to £200, depending on the size of the board.
A key difference with Rolfe East is we act. As a prime example, we recently completed a sale with a client who had been on an agent’s books for three months, and during that period had only three viewings. Three! By transferring their custom to us we not only arranged seven viewings for them, in one day, we also achieved the sale and the market price.
