Case study 1 - “Karolina”
Karolina recently took advantage of one of Rolfe East International’s ‘investigative visits’ to see for herself the exciting opportunity to buy a beautiful holiday home in Calabria,Italy.
After returning, Karolina was asked what she thought about her 4 day experience and this is what she said…
“It was a scary thing going out there, as I had money to invest but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do so here in the UK or overseas. Of course, it all looked very exciting but I didn’t really know what to expect, so the ‘hand holding’ I was given all the way by Chris Baker from Rolfe East and all of the lovely staff out there was very welcome. Just walking into the local agents offices was so amazing and professional that the trust just built and built over the days I was there while I was taking it all in.”
“I met a lot of people, some were buying property for holiday homes, some for retirement and some just for investment. Regardless of their reason for buying all of them at the various developments, who have lived there, were so positive.”

There are 97 apartments in total at the Borgo Novo development where I have bought, of which 20% are owned and occupied by Italians and there are only 7 currently available on the market so time is of the essence if you’d like to take advantage of one of these!
It is worth noting that although there is a 4 month high season, many people who rent out their properties find that a good number prefer to come out of season, if there is such a thing, due to the stunning mountains, walking and skiing activities.
